Our old lady got even more spoiled!! The house was left in perfect condition and I came home to a happy, snuggled doggy. To top it all off, there were home-made cookies, a beautiful plant, and some prints of pictures he took of Sophia. “Jacob is simply the best! He recently stayed at our home for 5 nights and watched our 2 dogs while my wife and I went to Hawaii. We simply got to enjoy our vacation without having to worry about our pups as Jacob provided frequent updates with pictures and daily reviews of how the days went. Both of our dogs have irritable bowel disease and are on a strict diet regiment and need medication daily as well as eating every 6 hrs. On top of that we have a 10 yr old golden that needs to potty often. Our dogs can require more care than others but Jacob was more than accommodating! He also provided 1-2 walks a day for each dog so they were beyond spoiled by Jacob! Needless to say Jacob went above and beyond when caring for our pups. At the very end, we came home to a cleaned home that smelled great, clean sheets on our bed, and shiny floors that Jacob didn't have to clean but did anyways! Oh, and he left a thoughtful card, a vase of fresh flowers, and baked goods waiting for us at our kitchen. Long story short he left our home in better condition than when he arrived. My wife and I have our 3 week honey moon coming up soon and all our anxiety is put at ease knowing that Jacob will be keeping our home and pups safe. He is an absolute delight to have in our home and we are lucky to have found our dog sitter!”

“If you're looking for someone to love and care for your home and pets as much as you yourself do, there's no comparison. In fact, Jacob's love and care will likely surpass your own - he's THAT amazing. Honestly, he's been such a blessing to our family and especially our dog, Luna. We moved to the Lamorinda area from NYC and didn't have anyone we knew that could watch our very particular (princess) French Bulldog while we headed to Austin, TX for a week over Thanksgiving. I connected with Jacob and not only was he incredibly responsive, kind, thoughtful, and funny but he just truly LOVES animals. He asked if I'd like updates on Luna while we were gone and I said yes! Over the course of the week he sent the sweetest pictures and texts letting me know how our girl was doing. He totally followed her feeding schedule and gave her great walks and SOOO much love and attention that I think she was slightly depressed when we got back she missed him so much. He took care of the house like it was his own - taking in the trash for us, keeping things tidy, getting the mail, etc. When we did get home from our trip to Texas we were greeted with flowers, fresh cookies, a card, and toys for Luna. Like who is that thoughtful?! It made coming home after a long day of traveling with two kids under five so much better...not to mention I'm pretty sure our house was cleaner than when we left it!

Since our first time having Jacob stay, l've recommend him to many others and recently just had him stay again while we took another family trip to Santa Barbara. It totally took all the stress of leaving Luna away because I knew she'd be with Jacob! And just like the fist time, we returned home from a long drive to so many thoughtful and hilarious happies - my husband was literally dying over this framed picture of Luna he left - so sweet! I could literally gush about Jacob forever but he is just a gem (and one of Luna's FAVORITE people - which is saying a lot because the girl is picky). I simply can't recommend Jacob enough for all your house and petsitting needs!”

He took the absolute best care of our very high maintenance and spoiled pups (including administering medications, taking our dog to her vet appt that was scheduled during our time away), sending us updates and photos and leaving our home absolutely immaculate at the end of his visit. We came home to him having washed the bedding he used, a sparkling kitchen, a thoughtful hand written note, baked cookies and a lovely little plant for our home from him. He's truly a gem. Our dogs are very skittish around new people especially our elderly pup Gia who's blind and very uncomfortable around strangers. But the second our dogs met Jacob they were so calm and took to him immediately. You can just feel he's a wonderful person and they picked up on it too. Cannot recommend him enough. I hope I never have to use another pup sitter ever again because he's set the bar so high!”
